Either way we’ve got a great selection of seafood today- Yellowtail Hamachi, Sashimi grade Yellowfin tuna plus wild and sushi grade Salmon & Striped Marlin, Halibut, Wild Gulf Shrimp, Jumbo Sea Scallops. Don’t forget all the smoked salmon products (6 to choose from) and our 21 to 35 day aged steaks (ribeye, strip, flat iron, chateaubriand, filet mignon, tenderloin kabob chunks etc). TUESDAY SHIPMENT
So far Tuesday’s big addition will more more of many items we attempt to stock every day. However, we’ve got our hands on some beautiful (we’re trusting our source on this because we haven’t seen it yet) Mako Shark & Hawaiian Uku Snapper! The shark is tender meaty and amazing when really fresh. The Uku Snapper is a much larger snapper typically and eats great too. Plenty more shrimp, sea scallops, salmon, marlin etc arriving Tuesday.
